CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Cancellation Policy :

    1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

If your order or any item(s) in your order have not been shipped yet, you can request cancellation directly from your order page or by calling us at +91 8734888998.

    2. Cancellation After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you wish to cancel, you will need to bear the shipping charges.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds :

     1. How do I return an item purchased on Crystal Heaven?
Crystal Heaven offers an 'Easy Return Policy,' allowing you to raise a return/exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your order. We also accept partial returns for individual items in an order.

Return Process:

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Step 2: Provide your order ID, request for return/replacement/refund, and attach images of the product along with the invoice for reference.

  • Step 3: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and accessories intact. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product remains unused and in resalable condition.

Full refund will only be provided if you have received a wrong or damaged product.
For other return reasons (such as change of mind), return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.


    2. What is Returnless Refund Policy?

If a product you received is damaged or breaks within its lifespan, we will either issue a full refund or provide a replacement of the same product.

Conditions:

  • Proof (such as images or videos) may be required to justify the complaint.

  • If valid proof is not provided, the refund or replacement request will not be accepted.

    3. Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.

  • Product is used, altered, or missing original packaging, including price tags, labels, and accessories.

  • QR code is tampered with.

  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.

  • If the return request is raised after 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Free products, gift items, or promotional combos are not eligible for return/exchange.

     4. Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes, if your order included a free gift, it must be returned along with the original product.

    5. Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for individual items in your order. However, any product being returned must be sent in full, including all components, accessories, and complimentary gifts.
